Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to manage and optimize the sales processes for our premium residential projects. The role involves overseeing the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, supporting the sales team with operational tasks, and providing management with clear insights through reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management:
    • Maintain and update the real estate CRM system, including leads, opportunities, listings, clients, and brokers.
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all client and property data.
    • Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports based on management requirements.
    • Integrate CRM with marketing tools, property portals, and communication platforms.
  • Sales Support & Operations:
    • Support day-to-day sales operations, including preparation of documentation, proposals, and agreements.
    • Coordinate with sales agents, brokers, and clients to ensure smooth transactions and timely follow-ups.
    • Maintain and regularly update the inventory of available units, ensuring accurate distribution to the sales team and brokers.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Monitor and track sales targets, performance metrics, and pipeline status.
    • Generate periodic reports and analytics to provide actionable insights to senior management.
    • Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales operations, CRM management, or similar role within the real estate sector.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or real estate-specific CRMs).
  • Excellent data management and reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
