Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals for management review.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing information and resolving issues as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.
- Support the organization and execution of sales events, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Track sales targets and performance metrics, providing regular updates to the sales team.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the sales department.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a sales administration or sales support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales management software is a plus.
