Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate mobile phones, gadgets, and accessories to customers.
Explain product features, specifications, and promotions.
Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability.
Build positive customer relationships and handle inquiries.
Track competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Ensure compliance with company sales and merchandising standards.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of retail sales or mobile phone sales experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Passion for technology and consumer electronics.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
