Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and understand their real estate needs.
  • Provide personalized consultations and solutions based on client requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals while consistently meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and implement them to boost performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure exceptional client service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and modern sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • A valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
