Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers
- Proactively up-sell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within set timelines
- Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships
- Welcome and assist customers by addressing inquiries and offering informed recommendations
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support sales activities
- Accurately scan items, verify pricing and process cash or card payments
- Introduce new products and provide relevant information to customers
- Maintain clean, organized and professional checkout and workspace areas
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fast learner with strong work ethic and adaptability
- Experience in customer service and/or cashier roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to multitask effectively
