MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Achievement of unit and revenu goals of the ENT
& TS Unit in an assigned region of KSA. Assist the Region in achieving
overall revenue and market development objectives. Gain/increase market share
in ENT & TS Business by promoting, selling, and servicing Medtronic s
products and services within the KSA region.
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategies to achieve
short and long term business targets and objectives:
Maintain and develop business with all
customers in the defined sales area by providing excellent clinical/technical
support and education to the customers, to ensure to meet or exceed the targets
while enhancing Medtronic s reputation in the market.
Provide technical support to the customers in
OR s
Conduct training to customers (physicians,
technicians and nurses)
Communicate corporate, geography and
regional/area mission, goals and activities;
Help and support ENT and TS s colleagues to
achieve unit and revenue goals;
Provide regional/area coverage that might
stretch beyond working hours
Managing budgets and forecasts;
Ensuring efficient, effective use training
& Education budget and marketing expenses under guidance from the
geographical manager.
Provide feedback of marketing intelligence to
sales and marketing management business unit.
Develop ethical, long-term customer
relationships and represent Medtronic management to customers including the
training and education of both existing and competitive customers to gain
incremental business
Ability and consistency in conducting
structured field visits to the assigned geography. Frequency of visits should be sufficient
enough to ensure market coverage whether in the cities or the peripheries.
Actively looking for initiatives and execution
tools that ensure and maximize the growth in therapy penetration.
Reports all account, market and competitive
information and trends and metrics in a comprehensive, complete and timely
fashion.
Reports immediately and accurately all negative
customer or product related events (e.g., customer feedback, product and legal
issues and risks etc...).
Prepare and necessary reports in a timely and
diligent manner, (i.e. Business reviews, inventory reports, stock movement
forms etc.)
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
Selling skills qualification
LANGUAGES
Fluency in English
Fluency in Arabic language
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Honest and ethical
MS Windows /MS Office Package/iPad knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills
Flexible
Physical work conditions & requirements
Good physical health
Periodic International and Local travel.
Bachelor degree or diploma we are happy to
hear from fresh graduates as well, but experience is an advantage
An Allied Professional background would be of
value.
Must be computer literate at an intermediate
level:
Lateral
thinker and solution orientated
Self
motivated and committed
Must be
willing to work after hours when required.
Must be
able to work under pressure
Office environment (20%) and customer
environment (80%)
