Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Call and follow up with inbound B2C and B2B leads (phone, WhatsApp, email).
• Support senior sales staff in client meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Log and track all leads in CRM / Excel to ensure no customer is missed.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, and sales reports.
• Meet monthly sales and follow-up targets as set by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer service (F&B/coffee industry is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to clients.
• Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about coffee equipment and beans.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up with customers consistently.
• Currently based in the UAE and able to travel locally if required.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, Excel, CRM).
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
