Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an ambitious individual with experience in the medical field. Their primary role will be to contact and recruit physicians to work at the center, as well as build strong professional relationships with medical staff and foster ongoing collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting physicians in various specialties, as well as commercial companies and hospitals, to partner with the center.
  • Maintaining relationships with current physicians and ensuring their professional satisfaction.
  • Preparing periodic reports on activities and results.
  • Coordinating with the Marketing and Medical Administration departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in field sales or medical relations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with existing networks of physicians or medical centers.

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
