Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Direct Sales (Cash Van): Executing direct sales operations, achieving daily and monthly sales targets, and ensuring immediate cash collection.
• Market Coverage: Planning and executing field visits to ensure comprehensive and effective coverage of all target customers (Wholesalers, Mini Markets, and various retail outlets).
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term working relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and increase sales volume.
• Product Promotion: Professionally presenting and promoting detergent products, explaining their benefits, and highlighting current promotional offers.
• Reporting: Preparing and submitting accurate, periodic reports to the Sales Management regarding performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the FMCG field (Mandatory).

• Specialization: A strong preference for candidates with prior experience in selling chemical detergents.
• Sales Skills: Proficiency in the Cash Van sales system and ability to deal with diverse customer segments (wholesale, mini markets, etc.).
• Mobility & Driving: Must possess a valid driving license and the ability to work in the field with high efficiency.
• Location: Must be a resident of Cairo or Giza only (Strict requirement).
• Age Limit: Age must not exceed 35 years.
• Personal Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills coupled with a high level of initiative.
