Business Sales Processes & Business Development

- Deliver targets by growing the commercial business through existing customers and developing new customers/accounts

- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization

- Implement and maintain the Company’s standardized sales and business management processes and deliver sales and profitability plans for each account of your responsibility.

- Proactively work closely with Critical Business Partners (such as Supply, Distribution, Credit, Sales Support, Pricing Desk, Marketing, Legal & others) to ensure there is a culture of understanding and co-operation between sales and Critical Business Partners, particularly when conflicts may arise from a customers’ perspective.

- Maintain satisfactory sales in terms of volume and diversity of products

- Negotiate sales conditions and payment terms to the best interest of the company

- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals

- Present new products and services and enhance fruitful relationships with existing customers

- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs

- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team

- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends

- Monitor customer’s feedback on service & product quality

- Weekly report encompassing the orders /projects under negotiation

Desired Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Business management/Commercial degree or Engineering Degree

-Must have 6 to 7 years’ experience specifically with Aluminum Panels & Aluminum Composite Panels, Aluminum Fabrication/Extrusion (strictly)

Skills & Abilities :

• Network and negotiate with large accounts/companies both private entities and publicly traded organizations.
• Fill pipeline with qualifying accounts, identify these accounts through cold calling, networking and business journals.
• Understand the activity, business and needs of customers, provide sound information and advice on products and services, and to sell and negotiate win-win solutions with customers.
• Plan, monitor and achieve individual sales targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships and work in a team-orientated environment.
