We are in the search for an active and dynamic Sales Specialist with a strong technical background and solid sales experience, to handle our sales in Cairo.
Job Description:
• Seek out, negotiate and secure projects and customers within the assigned geographical area.
• Formulates and implements long term, as well as short term, plans to achieve sales targets with good credit control.
• Promote and sell Colorama products to Consulting Offices, Owners and various customers in the allocated geographical territory through regular visits to maintain good relationships & obtain market information.
• Responsible for sales within allocated geographical territories by following up on the projects closely to ensure Colorama's products are used and to achieve sales budget.
• Keep customer contact by regular visits, responding to inquiries, technical service on new products and proper painting systems to achieve sales budget.
• Create new customers by planning, frequent visits to potential customers and attending to mail and quotation to increase market shares.
• Follow up customers on proper pricing and customer selection to achieve sales and profitability budget.
• Monitor closely customer s payment due to reducing the days outstanding.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:
• University graduate
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Full command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages
• Very good computer literate.
Education Field:
• College / University, Bachelor of chemistry or chemical engineering
Personal Qualities:
• Makes an impact; convinces and persuades others; promotes plans and ideas successfully.
• Maintains positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high-quality results.
• Uses a methodical and systematic approach, by planning ahead, defining clear priorities and allocating resources effectively.
• Communicates in a clear, precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively.
• Co-operates well with others; shares knowledge, experience, and information; supports others in the pursuit of team goals.
• Prepare the monthly report and submit it to the Direct Manager.
• Full command of the English language.
• Full command of the Arabic language.
