Position: Sales Specialist
Level: Sr. Executive
Location: Sharjah
Role Responsibility:
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business for IT solutions and services. Your job duties will include prospecting for new business and upgrading existing customers IT Infrastructure. You will be responsible for creating a consistent and sustainable pipeline of business opportunities, developing on-premise and on-cloud IT Infrastructure solutions and negotiating these opportunities through the sales cycle to a successful closure.
The candidate must hold a valid UAE Driving license and own transportation.

Desired Candidate Profile


Ability to exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
Understanding and capability in Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) selling
Responsibilities include cold calling, generating new leads through telephone and Social Media, following up on pre-established leads
Ability to understand the client's business objectives and technical needs
Must be able to understand, conceptualize and position IT Solutions including Servers, Networking, Security, Storage, Backup Solution and Virtualization.
Should have prior experience in selling Cloud solutions such as Office 365, Azure and/or Amazon
Understanding of networking and server / storage products - (CISCO / HP / IBM / NetApp)
Understanding of IT and Network Security solutions (Fortinet / Symantec / Kaspersky)
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and clients
Required Education / Experience
A Bachelor s degree or equivalent, preferably an MBA
Must have minimum 3 years UAE experience in an Sales Executive role with solution-based IT Infrastructure products and services
Selling SME level solutions and ability to deal with Sr. Management of Clients
Detailed knowledge across all multi-vendor product lines for IT Infrastructure, as well as technical and professional services offerings
Preferred Skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proactive approach and appealing personality
Strict adherence to professional ethics
Ability to communicate with staff at all levels of an organization
Exercise discretion and independent judgment when negotiating deals
