Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the power and electrical solutions market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate PowerWadi s products and services to clients, highlighting technical features and business benefits.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer onboarding.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
2 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the power, electrical, or related technical solutions industry.
Strong understanding of power systems, electrical products, and industry standards.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Sales experience in electrical or electronic products (UPS, inverters, VFDs, or similar)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
