Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and creative Sales Supervisor with a strong background in managing retail stores specializing in candy, sweets, and family-oriented products . This role requires someone who can create a fun, engaging atmosphere for children and families while driving sales and maintaining exceptional service standards.
The ideal candidate will:
u2022 Lead and motivate the sales team to create a welcoming environment for families and children.
u2022 Train staff on product knowledge, allergen awareness, and safe handling practices.
u2022 Plan and execute seasonal displays, promotions, and interactive in-store events to attract families.
u2022 Ensure high standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and stock availability.
u2022 Monitor daily sales performance and support the team in achieving targets.
u2022 Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
Requirements
u2022 Minimum 3 yearsu2019 experience as a Sales Supervisor or Store Manager in candy stores, confectionery shops, or family retail environments .
u2022 Valid UAE or GCC driving license (mandatory) .
u2022 Strong understanding of candy products, packaging, and seasonal trends .
u2022 Proven ability to train and manage a team in a fun, fast-paced environment .
u2022 Experience in organizing interactive events and family promotions .
u2022 High school diploma required; Bacheloru2019s degree preferred.
