Tasks related to developing the sales:
1. Develop sales figures with existing customers & in the same time recruit new potential customers all aiming at increasing the sales figure.
2. Allocate sales target in volume and value by sales representative
3. Track sales progress on daily basis with the sales team and manage the weekly, mid-month and end of month meetings.
4. Prospect potential new customers to widen the base of our portfolio across all the business segments.
5. Monitor competitive activities in the region and inform concerned managers on the spot about them; the objective being to block competition and discover niches or opportunities.
6. Monitor displays and merchandizing with direct action to improve situation.
7. Play the role of a problem solver with the customers & coordinate decisions with concerned managers so that the response is fast.
8. Report immediately any abuse to company policies & procedures and report it directly to the management after taking right measurements.
9. Presence on the market not less than 4 days a week with his team to elaborate, demonstrate & lead by example.
10. Accompany each Sales Representative in the market for a minimum of 4 times per month & prepare a report per visit.
11. Ensure that all Sales Representatives receive a completed assessment form with agreed follow up objectives within 24h of the accompanied fieldwork.
12. Conduct jointly with sales manager annual and six monthly appraisals for all Sales Representatives.
B. Tasks related to Coverage:
13. Revisit the Routing plan on periodic basis to eliminate passive customers and bring more focus on potential points of sales.
14. Ensure the routing plan includes only customers that are supposed to be in the salesman universe.
15. Supporting the salesman in achieving the monthly coverage target.
C. Tasks related to activating the collections:
16. Exert a tight control on the account receivables as per agreed aging receivable with management. The objective being not to have any single amount exceeding 60 days credit. (Aging AR subject to continuous updates)
17. Take action immediately to solve any problem.
18. Be ready at any time to help solving any collection problem.
19. Play a role in fixing credit ceilings for existing customers and give green light for opening codes for any new customers in coordination with management.
D. Tasks related to the PR with customers:
20. Maintain a high level of PR with customers. This PR should be able to reflect positively on our business with them: Become like a consultant to them in terms of product knowledge training etc ; exert influence on them; detect potential customers and get them closer to the company; and render them personalized services.
