Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients in sectors such as hardware, industrial equipment, technology, and trading. • Conduct research to find companies purchasing computers, networking products, electrical components, machinery, or spare parts. • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp, and professional networking. • Introduce ExLevel Solutions’ product offerings, pricing advantages, and supply capabilities to prospective clients. • Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, product lists, and other sales documentation. • Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline and support deal closure. • Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead statuses, and track all communication history. • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product availability, and vendor inquiries. • Support customers during order confirmation, shipment updates, and after-sales communication. • Assist in expanding the supplier and product sourcing network when needed. • Provide weekly reports on leads generated, quotes shared, conversions, and follow-ups completed. • Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent, consistent communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

A female candidate based in Pakistan with a strong interest in B2B sales and international client communication.

• Organized, confident, and able to engage effectively with customers in the hardware, industrial, and technology sectors.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to handle professional conversations through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls.

• Comfortable reaching out to new companies, generating leads, and initiating sales-focused discussions.

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, lead generation, trading, or customer communication is preferred but not mandatory.

• Basic understanding of computers, networking equipment, industrial products, or B2B trading is an advantage.

• Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple leads at once.

• Tech-savvy, familiar with spreadsheets, CRM tools, email communication, and online research.
