Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments, ensuring seamless processes and quick resolutions to client inquiries.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Orders handling and managing shipments
  • Manage the sales data entry process, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date to support strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in a chemical distribution firm as sales support or logistics support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively urgent tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, crucial for liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation, vital for sales reporting and export documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, providing a strong foundation for understanding sales dynamics.
