Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team by setting clear performance goals and providing guidance to achieve them.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to specific markets or customer segments.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE Driving License and Car Required (Without car also can apply salary will be variable)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Certifications in sales methodologies.
