Al Ruwad is entering an exciting phase of growth. With over 10 years of proven presence in the Dubai market and guided by the leadership of Mr. Ismail Al Hammadi, one of the UAE’s most respected real estate professionals, we are expanding our Off-Plan Division and looking for a high-caliber Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead and elevate our team of Off-Plan Property Consultants.

As our Off-Plan Sales Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of off-plan sales agents.
- Drive sales across all major UAE developers, launches, and new project releases.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with developers, clients, and channel partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Represent Alruwad at developer launches, events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle with the highest level of professionalism and compliance.
- Work with our in-house marketing team to enhance lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Coach your team through structured goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing training.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–4+ years of Dubai real estate experience, including off-plan expertise.
- Proven managerial or team-lead experience in real estate.
- Strong network with UAE developers and deep market knowledge.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Results-driven, motivational, and able to inspire performance.
- RERA certification preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic speakers strongly preferred.
