*Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services.
Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
12 plus years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction. Viewed as an expert in the field. Recognized authority and leading contributor in immediate business area/function. Work is non routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/ business skills.

Transformation Deal Leader
Responsibilities -
Work across the EMEA region to develop and close
key Cloud based consulting engagements.
Work as part of a cross functional team
developing the position of Oracle Consulting as the preferred services partner
to the wider Oracle business
Lead cross functional deal teams across EMEA
to close key cloud consulting opportunities
Reports to
Vice President,
EMEA, Cloud Transformation Team.
Skills, Experience -
Ability to create the Transformation
vision with the customer (alongside license or stand alone)
Typically a background in both sales
and delivery of transformation projects
Understanding of the KSF s for
successful transformation to cloud.
Ability to articulate Oracle Consulting
(OC) differential Vs Big 4, SI s and offshore service providers
Inspire confidence with both License
and customers that we will deliver the transformation project with added
value and differentiation from SAP and other platforms.
Understanding of the key customer
contractual demands and position OC favourably against those demands
Be able to understand and link
commercial and operational positioning of transformation projects and
proposals.
