Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Design and develop automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex to streamline workflows and enhance financial operations
- Build and integrate Salesforce solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs for real-time and batch data synchronization
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts for improved user experience and data integrity
- Leverage Salesforce Platform tools and AppExchange solutions for extended functionality and scalability
- Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and system configurations to ensure secure and compliant environments.
- Lead and execute data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation using tools like Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and third-party ETL tools
- Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and auditability throughout migration from legacy systems into Salesforce
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
- Document solution designs and create technical specifications for ongoing support and scalability
- Facilitate business process mapping, requirement gathering, and workshops to align Salesforce solutions with financial and ERP objectives
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in computer applications or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.
- Expertise in end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and deployment
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce administration
- Familiarity with version control tools, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments
- Experience working with Agile delivery frameworks.
