Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting appropriate paint products based on their requirements
Provide expert advice on paint types, finishes, colors, and application techniques
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
Manage stock levels and assist with inventory management
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and trade customers
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Conduct product deliveries when required
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Desired Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the paints or hardware industry
Experience in an automotive paints shop is highly preferred
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
Good knowledge of paint products, color mixing, and application methods
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage
