Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Liaise with government authorities (Immigration, MOHRE, Free Zone, etc.)
Process and renew visas, labor contracts, Emirates ID, and trade licenses
Handle visa cancellations, transfers, and employee onboarding formalities
Ensure timely renewals and full compliance with labor and immigration laws
Maintain accurate records of company and employee documents
Desired Candidate Profile
2–5 years of UAE PRO experience
Strong knowledge of labor and immigration procedures
Familiar with MOHRE and GDRFA/ICP systems
Fluent in Arabic and English
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
UAE driving license required
