Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet, welcome, and assist customers, delivering exceptional service and understanding their specific needs in the digital home retail segment.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales targets by presenting and promoting Niceone s products, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on Niceone s offerings, digital retail trends, and product features, enabling you to confidently advise customers on smart purchasing decisions.
- Order Processing: Manage transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our POS systems and maintaining precise records of all sales activities.
- Relationship Building: Develop lasting customer relationships through follow-ups, building trust, and creating a positive Niceone brand experience in Alkharj.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing insights and feedback to support collective targets and enhance the overall customer journey.
- Store Standards: Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing retail environment, ensuring all displays reflect the Niceone brand values.
- Problem Solving: Address customer issues swiftly and professionally, offering tailored solutions and escalating unresolved matters when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant sales or retail certifications are a plus.
Sales Drive: Previous experience in retail or sales (minimum1 year preferred); digital retail or e-commerce background is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus. Ability to interact effectively with diverse customer groups.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to engage, listen to, and fulfill customer needs, creating outstanding shopping experiences.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, mobile apps, and POS systems; enthusiasm about digital transformation in retail settings.
Adaptability: Positive attitude, flexible with changing priorities, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
