Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Manage and motivate a team of stylists and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment in Jeddah.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, focusing on the Jeddah market.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels and controlling costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; a diploma in Cosmetology is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in salon management, preferably within the Jeddah beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a salon's revenue and client base.
  • Saudi national preferred, with a strong understanding of local cultural nuances.
