Roles & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities are likely to encompass various aspects, with a strong emphasis on exceeding client expectations and aligning with our commitment to continuous improvement. In this role, you'll be adept at converting complex client challenges into effective technical solutions, ultimately enhancing our client's funds management processes.

As FM Lead, you will take responsibility for the delivery of projects and programs of work from initial shaping through to delivery. You will be responsible for building a high performing functional team through strong management and mentoring of diverse project teams including but not limited to:

  • 4+ years minimum years of experience with end-to-end sap implementation in Funds Management
  • High proficiency configuration skills in all sub modules of Public Sector Management, with hands on experience with integration with other core modules of SAP.
  • Ability to lead, design & deliver on agreed timelines.
  • Ability to lead sap business workshops, fit-gap analysis, plan & design all needed activities for successful delivery.
  • Knowledge of Localization and Accounting Principles.
  • Great understanding and knowledge of new scope items as per SAP best practices for Public Sector Management (PSM) Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized person.
  • High level of attention to detail, the ability to think architecturally at big picture and able to translate this into practical implementation.
  • Excellent ability to execute where information is ambiguous, utilizing professionalism, experience and prior knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: role will require engagement with a varied and senior stakeholder base
  • Documentation skills to provide high quality documentation for internal customers and technical teams.
  • Openness to learning and managing new technologies as business requirements change.

  • C_TS4CO_2021 SAP S/4HANA for Management Accounting Associates (SAP S/4HANA 2021)
  • Required strong technical skills and demonstrated experience in each of the following areas:
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Deliver right solution architecture, automation and technology choices starting from experimentation and proof of concept phases of new analytical models
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
  • Preferred Industry Experience is Public Sector
  • Arabic is a must + English fluency
