Role & responsibilities Validate and support the design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA SD and TM solutions. Ensure accurate implementation of Order-to-Cash (O2C), shipping, freight planning, and transportation execution processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Drive integration activities across SAP modules including MM, EWM, FICO, PP, PM, QM, and PS. Prepare Functional Specifications for RICEFW developments and coordinate with technical teams. Support system testing activities including SIT, UAT, and Cutover phases. Validate system integrity and ensure business process compliance. Design and implement reporting and analytics solutions. Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor: Sales performance Delivery efficiency Freight cost optimization Transportation compliance Provide functional support during implementation and post-go-live phases. Work closely with project teams, business users, and leadership stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
