Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to assist in any or all the facets of Finance including but not limited to: Payroll, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Budgeting and Forecasting, Expense Management, Cash Management, Internal Audits, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting. You ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as focal point for ERP and financial dashboards
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Inventory checks on sites in coordination with Project Engineers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to obtain data to record and update books of accounts.
  • Prepare cost analysis for all discretionary cost.
  • Prepare petty cash statements and update books
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal controls

Desired Candidate Profile

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor s degree in finance/accounting/system or Related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • ERP SAP and Power BI proficiency preferred
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Multitasking ability
