Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures as per approved drawings and safety standards
Inspect scaffolding materials before use to ensure they are safe and free from defects
Ensure scaffolds are stable, secure, and properly braced at all times
Install guardrails, toe boards, and safety nets where required
Follow method statements and work instructions during erection and dismantling
Desired Candidate Profile
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on site
Ensure scaffolding meets project specifications and load requirements
Maintain housekeeping around scaffolding areas
Identify and report hazards, unsafe conditions, or damaged materials
