Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the development and delivery of Etihad s flight schedules across multiple time horizons, with the following key deliverables:

  • Short-term (current IATA season):
    • In-season schedule scenarios
    • Continuous capacity optimization
    • Operational integrity checks
    • Fleet plan tracking
  • Long-term (next IATA season and beyond):
    • Long-range schedule scenarios
    • Holistic schedule design
    • Annual budget and corporate outlook (5 10-year horizon) schedule planning

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Supporting commercial initiatives to maximize profitability
  • Collaborating with operational stakeholders to ensure compliance
  • Enhancing existing processes and developing new tools and reports to drive continuous improvement
  • Managing and leveraging key relationships across departments
  • Aligning schedule changes with stakeholders including Network Planning, Revenue Management, Alliances & Partnerships, Operations, Government Affairs, Finance, and Corporate Communications
  • Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of Etihad s slot portfolio
  • Supporting ad-hoc charter flight requests

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 2 year of schedule planning experience with a reputable airline

Proven experience in developing, presenting, and supporting business cases

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with effective communication across all organizational levels

Bachelor s degree in finance, Business Analytics, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
