Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school and related activities, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior, fostering a comfortable environment for students.
- Manage student behavior effectively, enforcing safety rules and promoting a respectful atmosphere during transit.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating basic education standards.
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a school bus endorsement, ensuring legal compliance to operate a bus.
Minimum of 1 year of driving experience, showcasing a proven track record of safe driving practices.
Experience working with children, highlighting the ability to interact positively and manage diverse behavior.
