Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

Applicants must meet one of the following ADEK-approved pathways:

  • A Bachelor s Degree in Social Work or Social Service with 2 years experience in youth-related social work

  • OR a Bachelor s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Youth Development, Sociology, or a related subject with 4 years experience in youth-related social work
    (For UAE Nationals, experience is not required but preferred)

Licensing:

  • Must meet ADEK licensing requirements

  • DCD license required as per the Department of Community Development guidelines
