Position Summary:
The High Growth Markets (HGM) Scientific Marketing Manager is responsible for regional support of scientific marketing activities of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics business in High Growth Markets.
High Growth Markets (HGM) covers China, East Asia & Oceania, South West Asia, CIS & EE and METAM (Middle East, Turkey, Africa, Mediterranean) regions.
Essential Job Functions:
1 Scientific Surveillance
-Perform Literature Monitoring with Corporate teams, support cascading key clinical information and talking points to customers and internal stakeholders
-Support Regional Market Development & Marketing Communication teams in Product positioning & Medical-value messaging
-Contribute to Competitive intelligence and in the development of competitive arguments
-Ensure thorough Policies surveillance with local teams
2 Scientific Expertise
-Participation to Customer events and Advisory groups
-Congress presentation
-Internal and External scientific/medical training
3 Strategic Partnership
-Build interaction with Scientific societies and act as privileged contact
-Establish clinicians & KOL networks, engage & coordinate activities, provide expert technical resource for Doctor-to-Doctor level discussions with customers and potential customers
-Contribute to set up relevant VOC from clinicians & KOLs
4 Evidence Generation
-Contribute to the preparation and implementation of market access tactics
-Adapt to specificity of clinical market
-Produce appropriate evidence for reimbursement
-Collaborations with KOL/customers on scientific studies to support product claims/adoption of new products

Pharma / Biotech / Clinical Research

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Job Requirements:
Education PhD in Biological Sciences or Medical Doctor. Experience in customer facing activities will be an asset.
Experience At least 3-5 years in IVD industry.
Required Skill Excellent customer & KOL facing skills including: handling objections, building professional relationship and building professional expertise. High- end communication skills including: conversational and presentation competencies. Ability to deal with different customers expectations (internal and external). Ability to prioritize tasks independently, well organized and self-driven. Ability to work in the very complex, matrix working environment. Good spoken and written English, Good contact & credibility with Peers and KOLs.. Superior collaboration skills. Team spirit.
Preferred Skills Capable of consolidating and simplifying complex scientific notions to explain to a large audience, effective in connecting & interacting with international internal and external stakeholders
