Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts / Prepare invoices, quotations (Quick Books) / Payroll , suppliers quotations & balances / prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents, handle incoming mail and other material, answer and manage incoming calls / set up and maintain filing systems / collate information & maintain databases / communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information / provide a high standards client service.

Accounts / Taxation / Audit / Company Secretary

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluency in English (speaking & writing). Arabic will be considered a plus / Expert use of MS Office, internet, Quick Books (Intuit), cash flow / Preferable a background in logistics/ transport/ warehousing and or freight forwarding/ exhibitions field.
