Job Description :
Candidates shall have, as a minimum, secretary experience such as archiving, good interpersonal skill to coordinate with other entities, ability to manage agendas (meeting invitations,), experience with Microsoft office, Good typing skills, Good English, Pro-active attitude, experience in preparing letters
Scope of mobdemob, medical, H2S training, and arranging CICPA pass is in Bidders scope while providing LOI, accommodation and food for secretaries is in Petrofac scope
