Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Secretary cum Document Controller in UAE.
Job Details:
• nbspTransfer of shares from residents to non-residents and vice-versa.
• nbspFiling of returns, applications, documents, notices etc. with the Registrarnbsp nbspof Companies.
• nbspPreparation of all statutory registers, forms, certificates etc. as requirednbsp nbspnbspunder.
• nbspBoard and General Meetings.
• nbspKeep abreast of changing regulatory landscape on implications andnbsp nbspcompliance.nbsp
• nbspFiling of returns, applications, documents, notices etc. with the Registrarnbsp nbspof Companies.
Job Requirements:
• Graduate holder.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
