Job Description :
Requires an experienced Secretary Cum Receptionist in UAE.
Job Details:
Develop and maintain a filing system.

File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and

appointments.

Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
Job Requirements:
Graduate holder.

Age limit 25 years old.
Good
knowledge about MS Office.
Minimum two years experience in the same field.
Good communication skills.
