Maintain local petty cash in accordance with Company  protocol.
Maintain employee personnel files and helps prepare for audits.
Order, maintain, and track office supplies.
 Preparation of Notice, Agenda & Minutes of various meetings.
Filing of Various forms & applications with MCA 
Maintenance of Secretarial Records, Statutory Books and  Registers 
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma Holder.
Minimum 8 years experience is required.
IT Skills.
Good communication Skills.
