To perform a wide variety of specialized clerical and secretarial work involving responsibility and judgement including the preparation of engineering and technical reports, detailed statistical typing, tables and forms, performs related work in line with the corporate quality management system and work requirements.
Management: To keep informed on the ever changing business environment and stay informed on the updates for corporate / group HR policies & procedures, Quality policies & procedures.
Plan: To assist Business Manager and senior managers of projects, commercial and O&M in preparation of reports, statistical reports, budgets, extension agreements, amendments and other information.
Administer: To maintain and keep detailed project progress records and other documents by coordinating the flow of information both internally and externally
OPERATING ENVIRONMENT:The position requires a close and effective coordination with various managers and stake holders within the department.
FRAMEWORK AND BOUNDARIES :
INTERNAL : Within district cooling department.
EXTERNAL : With group hr / admin manager, finance manager.
Internal: Various Department Managers, Business Manager
External: HR / Admin Manager, Finance Manager
