Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and redirect phone calls when necessary.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly agendas; schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Maintain and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Support the preparation and completion of regular reports.
- Develop and manage an organized filing system.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as required.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Record expenses and prepare reports.
- Perform occasional receptionist duties.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong organizational and optimization skills.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
