Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and redirect phone calls when necessary.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly agendas; schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Maintain and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Support the preparation and completion of regular reports.
  • Develop and manage an organized filing system.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as required.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Record expenses and prepare reports.
  • Perform occasional receptionist duties.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven track record as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and optimization skills.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
