Provide high level of administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports.
• Performing Clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors and arrange meetings.
• Make arrangements for any meetings required.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Monitor Office supplies.
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
• Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
• Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Follow up on action plans.
• Other tasks assigned.

Secretary / Front Office / Personal Assistant (PA)

Desired Candidate Profile

From 2-3 years of experience.
• Proficient in MS office and "Back - office" software.
• In depth Knowledge of office management.
• Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
• Excellent organized and time management.
• Integrity and confidentiality.
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and work for extra hours in high season.
