Welcome, assist and direct guests to the appropriate person and office.
• Receive all the company s internal/external reports and then circulate these reports to the appropriate persons.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Revise and report the stationary, buffet, and the other necessary materials' needs.
• Assist in other administrative responsibilities as required.
