Description
Provide administrative and office support to executive to GM
Maintaining executive s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Attending meetings and keep minutes. Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
maintaining the calendar accurately.
Coordinating and following all daily requirements as instructed by the GM

Single
24-35yrs
min. 2 years Experiences in similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent in English written and verbal
Good in MS Excel
