Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required by management and project teams.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure smooth office operations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Support the administrative, design, and management teams with ad hoc tasks and project-related activities.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record-keeping for all administrative processes.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow across the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
Most Welcome with Fresh Grade.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced office environment.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work.
Preferable to be female.
