Support activities and assistance to the CEO to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
• Schedule and arrange meetings and appointments.
• Handle all outgoing or incoming emails & calls.
• Answer calls from employees/customers regarding their inquiries.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Write and distribute emails, memos & letters.
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Handle printed materials and office supplies.
• Prepare all needed reports.
