• Typing, preparing and collating reports
• Filing
• Managing databases
• Prioritizing workloads
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
• Coordinating e-mails
• Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

Media / Publishing / TV / Radio / Outdoor / Digital

Secretary / Front Office / Personal Assistant (PA)

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 Years of experience
• Good command of English (must be able to read emails and answer them)
• Cooperative, team player
• Good Command of Excel and computer software
• Time-management and flexibility
• Good organization skills
• Multitasking, real work under-pressure
• Females only
• From Giza are or near to Dokki is highly preferred.

• Working days Monday to Friday
