Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and all internal/external communications
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Verbal (fluent in English / Arabic)
- Smart, assertive, and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work on extended hours
- Can work under pressure
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or personal assistance roles.
- Must have Driver's License
- Based in UAE
- Fluent in Arabic / English
