Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive awareness campaigns to educate the public on key organizational initiatives, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
- Oversee the planning and execution of participation programs, fostering active engagement and collaboration with stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- Manage the creation and distribution of communication materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts, to maximize reach and impact.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and optimize resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, community organizations, and other relevant partners to amplify messaging and expand reach.
Desired Candidate Profile
Planning and Campaigns:
- Leading the coordination of campaigns and awareness programs and ensuring that the media messages are in line with the approved goals and strategy of the ministry.
- Managing the preparation of the annual calendar for local and international events and forums and setting priorities for participation based on targeted impact and the ministry's needs.
Partnerships and International Representation:
- Proposing memoranda of understanding and international agreements in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant authorities to ensure their alignment with national policies.
- Representing the ministry at regional and international conferences and exhibitions and enhancing relations with relevant organizations.
Community Participation:
- Stimulating awareness of programs and initiatives through innovative activities targeting diverse population segments to increase the level of community participation.
- Identifying key stakeholders and organizing workshops for discussion and conducting periodic surveys to enhance community engagement and interaction.
Databases and Analysis:
- Creating a comprehensive database for beneficiaries and partners and updating it regularly to ensure data accuracy and meet decision-making needs.
- Monitoring and analysing interactions and feedback periodically and providing analytical reports that include recommendations and areas for improvements.
