Job Overview

We are looking for a disciplined and well-presented Security Guard with prior 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality experience to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. The ideal candidate will deliver a high standard of vigilance, professionalism, and guest service in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and premises at all times.

• Monitor and control access points, entrances, exits, and restricted areas.

• Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.

• Handle security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns calmly and professionally.

• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities promptly.

• Enforce hotel safety policies, procedures, and security protocols.

• Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and general support while maintaining a courteous approach.

• Coordinate with hotel management, local authorities, and emergency services when required.

• Prepare and submit incident reports, daily logs, and shift handover notes accurately.

• Support crowd control during events, VIP movements, and peak operational hours.

• Ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations.

• Maintain proper grooming, uniform standards, and professional conduct at all times.
