Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Control entry and exit of vehicles, employees, and visitors; ensure proper authorization and records.
Ensure company vehicles are safely parked and manage proper handover/takeover with records.
Conduct regular patrols to safeguard premises, assets, and facilities.
Monitor security systems, alarms, and investigate any disturbances.
Maintain daily logs and report incidents such as damage, theft, or unauthorized access.
Respond to emergencies and coordinate with police, fire department, and Safety team.
Maintain order among employees and visitors; enforce company rules and regulations.
Inspect security equipment and report any malfunction or tampering.
Support evacuation procedures and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in security or a similar role.
Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing); knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
Ability to read and maintain logs, incident reports, internal memos, and safety/fire manuals.
Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
Valid light vehicle driving license is an added advantage
